Museum of Autoanthropology is a continuously growing collection of accessories, tool, relics and documents deriving from J&K’s body of work and life experiments. The miscellany is treated like a museum collection from which new displays are arranged in which the artists reflect on their own practice from an anthropological perspective. In Altar the artists stage themselves as part of a holy order in which they act and experiment.
This work was shown at the group show Das Leben ist Anderswo, Galerie im Körnerpark, curated by Dorothee Bienert in 2012.
